CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Vivid by Sedi we understand that these things happen. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please just let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that if you do not cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will lose your deposit. However, we will do our utmost to accommodate you and schedule you in for another appointment.

  

PAYMENTS

Deposits of 25% should be paid prior to all scheduled appointments, which will be deducted from your final billing. Payments should be made in GB Pound Sterling only through BACS transfer (Invoice). Major credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and Visa Electron
